She may have been told that she has a face for radio but that didn't stop Susan Boyle from making an effort.
It appears the make-up free style of Susan Boyle is well and truly gone as she stepped out in a fur jacket and a face full of foundation in New York yesterday.
The Scottish singer was in The Big Apple as a guest of Sirius XM Radio and was dressed to impress.

Wearing her trademark black dress and matching tights the Britain's Got Talent runner-up donned a large fur jacket to the radio station.

In anticipation of her new album a documentary called Susan Boyle: An Unlikely Superstar, will be shown on ITV this Friday in which Boyle admits to being lonely.
She said: 'Am I lonely? I would be lying if I said otherwise. I often say how lonely I am. You feel it sometimes at night. You just hope the job that you've got wins you new friends and maybe one day that vital person.'

Despite the lows there are some perks to being a multi-million record selling artist as SuBo appeared to have the latest iPhone in her hand and recently revealed that she will appear in a Broadway about her life.
The talent show runner-up - who took the world by storm with her audition and then her debut album - will take to the stage to sing in the finale of I Dreamed a Dream.
The 50-year-old will appear in an exclusive 11 week tour of the show across the UK and Ireland next year.
Someone to Watch Over Me by Susan Boyle is released November 7.

Meanwhile, current Britain's Got Talent winner Jai McDowell has revealed his dream to follow in the footsteps of Boyle.
He said: 'I would love to try my luck in America or Australia. I love the idea of travelling and who knows what will happen?'
Jai's debut album Believe, which will be released on December 12, includes his renditions of U2's With Or Without You, Coldplay's Fix You and a duet with Hayley Westenra.
He said: 'We've recorded a song called The Prayer, which has been made famous by the likes of Celine Dion and Andrea Bocelli. Hayley was a dream to work with and she's got such a beautiful voice.'
