year-long investigation, prosecutors accused Mr

to America as a boy - of trying to defraud the
owners of Russia's second biggest magnesium
plant of £4.9 million. He had been wanted

deploys weapons in space. In an apparent reaction to the US
plans, Mr Ivanov said "If some state begins to realise such
