I think before Bush sprints to the finish line, He will attack Iran and Valenzuela in order to seize their oil reserves. Cheney is really working overtime to see this happen.

And when Bush does initiate yet another war, he’ll utilize the “Directive 51″ that HE signed into existence. With this power, he can extend his presidency, and it totally robs Congress of the power to do ANYTHING about it, or have any alotted powers to determine when said “emergency” is over.
Whatever happened to the three-tier government outlined in the CONSTITUTION, designed to keep any branch of government from gaining an unfair portion of power/control?
Congress has the power NOW to IMPEACH BUSH. And you KNOW he plans to use this directive, why else did he create it?
